Entrance

The approach to Villa Clio is through the charming village of Armenoi, a short distance down a small road from the main square.

There is a private driveway at the villa and a few steps lead to the front door.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite ‘wet room’ style shower, a twin bedroom and another double bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have access to private balconies with countryside views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor and a separate shower room and WC on the ground floor.

Continue up the stairs to the attic twin bedroom, also with an en suite ‘wet room’ style shower and an unusual fixed window at floor level overlooking the front of the villa. This bedroom has an internal free-standing air conditioning unit.

Living space and kitchen

The lounge area invites you to relax whilst the choice of terraces off the lounge are ideal for alfresco dining, plus there is also a separate interior dining set in the villa.

Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchen which has a small table and chairs – perfect for your morning coffee.

Swimming pool, pool terrace
and sunbathing area

The large private swimming pool is surrounded by mature gardens adding a degree of privacy and a relaxing ambiance to this area. This is a great place to have a relaxing holiday whilst embracing the beautiful countryside scenery.

Next to the pool is the brick built BBQ and placed conveniently next to it is a gazebo with a dining table and chairs. This is the perfect place for alfresco meals.
